Acceleration starts after at least 3 observed scan days; a low-volume floor avoids treating one isolated mention as a major spike. Bands: 0–24 Baseline, 25–49 Watch, 50–74 Elevated, 75–100 Critical. A completed job does not guarantee every source was reachable; these initial thresholds are operational rules, not statistically validated cutoffs.
